1. Entity Identification & Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the “User”, “you”) and Kenny John Jacob (“Proprietor”, “we”, “us”, “our”), the sole proprietor and legal operator of the educational web application LeetGuide (accessible at https://leetcode.kennyj.me).

By accessing, browsing, registering for, or using LeetGuide, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the platform.

2. Platform Purpose & Educational Nature

LeetGuide is an independent educational curriculum preparation and self-coaching tool specifically designed to help software engineers, computer science students, and interview candidates study algorithmic problem-solving patterns (including the curated Blind 75 syllabus).

The platform provides code editing workspaces, client-side test execution, and an experimental automated AI tutor designed to cultivate algorithmic intuition through Socratic inquiry rather than providing direct solutions.

3. Non-Affiliation & Intellectual Property Disclaimers

All trademarks, service marks, registered trademarks, company names, and logos cited herein are the property of their respective owners. Their reference on this website does not imply endorsement, sponsorship, or partnership.

4. Client-Side Code Execution (“As-Is”)

All user-submitted JavaScript code execution occurs solely and strictly client-side within the sandbox of your personal web browser (using Web Workers and isolated worker contexts). No code compilation, evaluation, or execution takes place on our servers.

• Browser Resource Utilization: Although our execution worker includes an automated watchdog timeout designed to stop execution after approximately 2,000ms, unbounded execution, infinite recursions, or heavy memory allocations depend on your browser runtime.
• Disclaimer of Liability: LeetGuide and Kenny John Jacob expressly disclaim any liability for browser tab crashes, CPU spikes, device overheating, memory exhaustion, or accidental loss of unsaved local drafts or editor state.
• Draft Storage: Guest drafts are cached locally in your browser’s local storage. Clearing browser cache, private windows, or device corruption will result in irreversible loss of un-synced data.

5. AI Tutor Experimental Terms & Acceptable Use

The AI Tutor is an experimental, automated pedagogical assistant powered by third-party Large Language Models, specifically Google Gemini APIs.

You agree not to use the AI Tutor or LeetGuide to:

• Perform prompt injection, jailbreaking, reverse-engineering of system instructions, or system prompt extraction;
• Conduct automated scraping, denial of service attacks, bot-based query flooding, or bypass API rate limits;
• Transmit unlawful, harassing, libelous, abusive, defamatory, or harmful payloads;
• Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or commercially exploit outputs from the AI Tutor proxy without express written consent.

6. Payment Terms & Fixed-Term Access Passes

LeetGuide offers fixed-term digital access passes (e.g., 30-Day Pro Pass, 90-Day Pro Pass) billed exclusively in Indian Rupees (INR ₹).

• Non-Renewing Model: All purchases are one-off payments for a predetermined access duration. We do not register recurring e-mandates, auto-debits, or continuous subscription locks.
• Instant Provisioning: Upon successful transaction authorization by our payment gateway partner (Razorpay) and receipt of the verification webhook, your pro access pass is digitally provisioned immediately.
• Taxes & Invoicing: All prices listed are inclusive of applicable taxes where mandated by law. Transaction receipts are generated digitally upon payment completion.

7. Limitation of Liability, Governing Law & Jurisdiction

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, the total cumulative liability of Kenny John Jacob for any and all claims arising out of or related to your use of LeetGuide, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, shall be strictly capped at the total amount actually paid by you to us in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to liability.

These Terms shall be governed by, interpreted, and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of the Republic of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.

You irrevocably agree that the competent courts situated in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes, controversies, or claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of this platform.
